CRFAC BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING - JUNE 15, 2010 AT VETS HALL, NECEDAH

President Dale s., called the meeting to order at 5:06 PM. Members present were Roger B., Dale S., Jim F., Al M., Randy D., Ann D., and Karen M.

REPORTS:
SECRETARY: Ann D., read the Minutes of May 11, 2010 meeting. Motion by Roger,
seconded by Jim F to accept the minutes as read. Motion carried. Ann D., abstained.

TREASURER'S REPORT: No report.

Motion by Randy, seconded by Dale to pay bills for the web site and WATA in the sum
of $149.33. Motion carried.

COMMITTEE REPORTS:
ROUTES: Randy retrived the signs from the township. Steve saved the signs for us.
Instead of putting them on the Stop signs asked to put on posts next to the signs. Will
get u posts, also a lot of signs missing.

SAFETY: Al reported had over 3200 kids in 2 days at WAFA.

EVENTS: The Scavenger Hunt for June 26th is all ready to go. The Membership meeting
will be at 10:00 a.m. and the hunt after. As for prizes will have 3 draws, gift certificates
from B.P., Reel Inn and Wilderness in the amout of $20.00 each. Also for Dana a $25.00
gift card from Kozy's. July 10th is the Annual Club Hamm picnic. The times etc. will be
put on the web site. July 4th Trail Patrol.

WEB SITE: No report.

OLD BUSINESS: No report.

NEW BUSINESS: Roger mentioned having a Round Table Discussion for an County ATV Council and maps with other clubs next Tuesday, June 22 at Swiney's at 6:00 P.M. Discussion
had on getting non-members to join the club, tabled to next meeting.

The next meeting will be July 6, 2010 at 5:00 P.M., at the Vets Hall, Necedah.

Motion by Randy, seconded by Jim to adjourned the meeting. Motion carried. Meeting
adjuorned.
