| Notes: | The Castle Rock ATV Club is sponsoring a ATV Safety Certification Training Class at the Necedah Town Hall, Necedah, WI..............this class will be presented on Friday from 6pm to 9pm and Saturday March 27th from 8am to 2pm. Who is required to be certifiedAll ATVers who ride on any public riding areas (trails, frozen waters, routes, permitted county and/or forest lands, etc.) who are at least age 12 and who were born on or after January 1, 1989 must have completed a safety certification course. These ATV operators must carry their safety certification card and they must display it to law enforcement officers when requested. You must attend both days and the cost is $10.00 for the class. New Requirement: All WI Recreational Safety Students are required to obtain a WI DNR Customer ID Number before signing up for any Recreational Safety Class and will also be required to provide that WI DNR Customer ID Number along with students personal information to the instructors. You can obtain a WI DNR Customer ID Number 7AM to 10PM by calling the WI DNR Customer Service at 1-888-936-7463 or you can visit a WI DNR Service Center during their regular scheduled hours. For WI DNR Service Center hours and locations go to dnr.wi.gov/org/caer/cs/ServiceCenter. Register contact Al at 608-853-0872Snacks on Friday evening and a lunch on Saturday will be provided by the Castle Rock Family ATV Club. |
